  1. Great Intro to Indian Cuisine 4 Star Review

Posted by juakita on 29th Nov 2014

This was my first try at preparing an Indian dish. The instructions were very easy to follow. I was able to execute it quickly and the finished dish looked just like the photo on the website! The taste was great! The texture of the farina was familiar as it reminded me of one of my favorite Southern staples- grits. I highly recommend this dish. The only suggestion I have is to make the coconut in the coconut mix optional or include the measurements of the spices in the coconut mix packet so I have the option to exclude the coconut.

  2. Comfort Food Indeed! 5 Star Review

My husband and I LOVED this and I’ll definitely be ordering more! Yes, easy and quick, just as Anne said.

It’s a nice savory version of the farina I remember eating for breakfast when I was growing up.

  3. Quick, easy and soothing 4 Star Review

I made this for lunch while nursing a bad cold. It was easy and quick to prepare, which was nice because my energy was low. The farina’s texture was comforting, while the onions, herbs and spices helped to clear my sinuses a bit. Perhaps if my taste wasn’t off, I’d rate it a 5.
