Quinoa Pulav
High in protein, Quinoa is mostly grown in the Andean region. Recipe Sack’s Quinoa Pulav builds upon the seeds’ natural nutty flavor with layers of spices, herbs, nuts and sultanas. A quick one-pot meal, Quinoa Pulav is delicious hot or at room temperature.
This kit yields 2 (by itself)/4 (as side dish) servings.
Included in this meal kit: Quinoa, Cashew nuts, Masala Mix (Dry mango powder, Cloves, Cinnamon, Chili powder, Turmeric, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, crushed black pepper powder, cardamom powder, and star anise powder), extra packet of Chili powder, Sunflower seeds, Blanched slivered almonds and seedless golden raisins (sultanas).

You will need (not included in this bag)…
- 1 cup water for cooking
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 handful of flat leaf parsley chopped fine
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1 medium-sized onion chopped fine
- 2 medium size carrot, peeled and chopped to pea size pieces
- Salt, to taste
