Recipe Sack was born out of Savitha Rao’s desire to help home chefs experiment with a variety of recipes without wasting a lot of ingredients and money. Often, home chefs shop by recipes, which makes cooking and experimenting with different cuisines expensive. Also, many ingredients, which are not part of a home chef’s repertoire, end up languishing in their pantries.

Recipe Sack removes both hurdles by providing pre-measured, non-perishable ingredients to cook a tasty meal. Our products are designed to encourage you to be creative and experiment with a variety of grains, legumes and spices without incurring too much of an expense or wasting ingredients.
